A comfortable stay.
My hostess was charming: helpful and accommodating in all sorts of ways. The property comfortable and well equipped. The location is convenient for shops, restaurants and cafes as well as close to some good hill and moor walking.

Worst Accomodation we’ve come across yet, was like an halfway house for convicts, handed keys back within an hour after we had gone to a local pub to sit down & find somewhere else !!! Owner was nice enough, but not upto offering good accommodation ☹️

Made a welcome change to a chain hotel. Comfortable and clean apartment with all you'd need for an overnight stay. Lorna is welcoming and the pub is small and friendly.

Well worth the money.
The pub itself is a very old fashioned old school traditional pub. The apartment was spacious and clean with great views of the moors. For the same price as a cheap hotel room, you get a full apartment to yourself. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet break away but not far from towns whichever direction you go. We will certainly use again.
