Disappointed with breakfast
Posted 17 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe reception had a small problem with my booking that had originally been cancelled. Took a while to work out but they could have made it a lot quicker and performed better customer service. The breakfast was really average compared to a much cheaper hotel called Hotel Arcadia. This was disappointing. Couldn’t get Uber as too far out from the city.

Nice place - recommended!
Posted 29 May 2018 on HotelsGreat stay, staff were hit and miss, especially the restaurant staff but bar staff and reception were very friendly. Great facilities, good location, Arcadia is recommended for drinks. Pool was very nice, drinks were very well priced - overall recommended!

Great property for summer.

Pros: Nice rooms and great park like area on the hotel property. The Black Sea beaches, spa and pools are the reason to visit. Very good restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast buffet could have a better selection of prepared fruit.
Location: Black Sea beaches are a short walk. It is residential area and not really any shops, markets or off site restaurants within walking distance.
This is a great hotel for summer vacations, indoor and outdoor pools, great spa. Black Sea beach just a short walk. However, would not recommend for late fall or winter visits, unless you intend on driving everywhere you want to visit. The hotel is located in a residential area with walled security areas and not much around near by in walking distance.

A Completely Pleasant Surprise
Posted 16 Oct 2017My wife and I felt fully cared for the entire time we were there. The staff was great and the hotel and facilities were spotless. We will definitely go back and bring our kids.

The good, the bad and the ugly
Posted 28 Jul 2021 on HotelsThe good: Indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor restaurant, comfortable beds, gym and breakfast. And best of all is the beach, small but very clean and cozy. Anastasiya or Elena from the front desk are the best, very professional.
The bad: Outdated decor, the moskitos and the distance from the city.
The ugly: Stay away from the troll from the pool, a young lady with glasses and short hair, dont know her name but seems like she is the bar manager and she is a disgrace talking to customers.

Posted 10 Apr 2015 on HotelsHervorragendes Hotel, super hilfsbereiter Service. Leider war das Hotel weg vom Schuss. einfacher weg mit Taxi ca. 30 minuten. das ist der einzige mangel aber ansonsten würde ich sagen es gibt nichts besseres.

Posted 10 Oct 2013Das Hotel ist super und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Wlan funktioniert auch tadellos. Das einzige was nicht so besonders war ist das Frühstück.
