"I paid extra to stay in the jacuzzi sweet work my coworker. We knew that meant giving up a bed for a pull out sofa. Unfortunately this pull out sofa was nasty, unclean, food and spill stains, a dirty sheet and also so thin you could feel springs and a bar through it. My coworker and i had to sleep in the same bed because the mattress was not even usable. Having the hot tub was nice bit it wasn't worth the extra that i paid and then had to give up even having two beds. So don't stay here...

"Loved Springhill Suites. Was myself, my partner, and two kids - and we all enjoyed our stay. The kids especially loved the pool and partner loved the gym. All facilities were super clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also good (DIY waffles for the win always). Front desk people were exceptional at check-in. We'll def stay here next time we come to Roanoke. "
