"Stay was great until we had to extend stay for one day. Had to do this through Hotel.com. Reserved another day. When we went to desk to get new keys was told we had to move rooms. Apparently when originally checked in was given upgrade. Stefon told us it would be an additional $100 to stay in original room. Could not afford that, so we had to pack up every thing and move rooms."

"The Drury Hotels are of the highest standards for it's class. Great rooms clean and nicely laid out. It's not the Ritz but the quality without the extras is evident, nice couches, beds and work areas. The staff was great, security was excellent with roving parking lot robot. Two meals, good variety at breakfast for v that first meal of the day. Dinner was adequate three course with salad and soup. Pool and hot tub, very good. "Comfortable hotel, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is convenient with good choices. Hotel is dated and needs a deep clean. Room cleaning was terrible, was just putting out towels and making beds. In the six days we were there never vacuumed our room, had to ask for trash to be emptied. Bathroom never wiped or floors cleaned. Never had bedding changed. Even though we requested it at reception on day 4. Servicing of our two rooms was very bad, i did request a full service daily as per instruction...
