"We requested king balcony river view rooms. When we got there got dbl queen room with parking lot view. So upset. When u request certain things they should try to accommodate better…."

The Wi-Fi was not working even if I typed my name and room number correctly. The window blinds (supposed to be somfy automatic) were not working either."
