Room was dirty and couldn’t even shower after a long day of travel. Hotel was not really maintained.

Room was very dirty, hair and dirt in tub and bathroom counter, open coffee items placed back in packages. Only good thing was a shuttle to the airport.

Hot tub wasnt working, pool area was dirty. Rest of the property was decently clean. Breakfast was kinda bad. Not terrible but definitely not worth what i paid for it

EXPEDIA is mainly to blame for my poor rating. The description said there would be transportation. I had to pay nearly $50 for a cab. Then the pool was closed when I specifically asked to be in a room near it. The facility is not convenient to any dining or shopping The room had hair in the bathroom. I nearly fell as the tub was slippery and didn’t drain. “Vending “ at check in was expensive and the person at desk not at all apologetic but just kept blaming Expedia.

So sorry you were not happy. We do our best with third party reservations to accommodate requests. The Pool was under some renovation and is all set now. Apologies for the inconvenience.
