"Pools and Lazy River were excellent. Room spacious but not very comfortable furniture. Beds were comfy but little black bugs were on the sheets. Nats of some sort were in bathrooms and beds - sheets. Was not clear on how to get 15 percent food discount. Front desk was kind and listened. Never saw a manager. Outdoor resort activities and facilities are nice. "

"Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very roomy but very stark. All white and bare, hardly any artwork on the walls making the room appear cold. Supposedly a 4* resort so a bit disappointing for what we paid. On the other hand, there were bikes we could ride for no charge and beach chairs we could borrow. Enjoyed both. Location is good. "

"We stayed on the 10th floor and probably had the best view on all of Fort Myers Beach with ocean and bayside views. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The pool area is nice and right on the bay. Some things to consider: we thought the resort was more focused on couples than young families (we brought our toddler) but everyone was friendly and welcoming. You cannot walk to Lovers Key State Park with the new bridge construction. The only place to eat close by is Flippers. If you want to...

"Wonderful to just walk out the door and onto the beach! Everything was nice: well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer etc. Some construction still going on, but this is the case for most places in Fort Myers Beach and it never bothered us. Great place to stay."

"Our family loved the pool, propane grill, and easy beach access right across the street. Also the pickleball courts. Room was nice but the silverware was at floor level under sink and garbage can, weird but functional, better chairs and table on the balcony would be nice, also side tables at the pool area. "The Kon Tiki Inn was a true hidden gem! Small and unique, it is very comfortable and the manager, Debbie, was so thoughtful and helpful. My room was large and well appointed. The kitchenette was greatly appreciated. The closet are was ample and the bathroom was updated. The king size bed was so comfortable! Pool area was awesome and there was plenty of areas to walk my dog. "
