Southwest Austin hotel rooms a the Omni

"Decent location and the property was in pretty good shape. It's an older building with an atrium that was freezing cold in the restaurant. I'm not sure what you can do about that atrium....it's a relic not seen since the 1970s and 1980s construction of office buildings. Everyone was nice the service and food were great."

"The property is absolutely beautiful, the hotel is older and shows its age(sheets have gotten scratchy, air hockey table no longer works) but is well maintained and our room was perfectly clean. We were disappointed that we requested a late checkout, called and confirmed it again with the front desk the morning of our departure, and then still found ourselves locked out of our room and having to show security our ID’s just to get in to be able to get our stuff to leave. "
