Bathroom design horrible. Shower flooded bathroom unless showerhead aimed in perfect spot.

Excellent suite for families, had full kitchen, 2 en suite bedrooms and living room. Wonderful self serve breakfast with good choices. Friendly staff and fast check in and check out!

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff, dining and housekeeping did an excellent job.
They were always happy to answer any questions and assist with any needs. Excellent breakfast spread. I would highly recommend this location to others. The complimentary laundry and gym is an added plus.

Overall it was pretty good stay. Room was a bit small, also our room faced the the street which was a bit noisy with traffic. The breakfast was pretty good and give you a good start to the day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Walking distance to London Tower train station. Free laundry machines.
