"Been escaping to this beautiful hotel for 50 years now, probably more than 300 nights in all. A lot has changed but the rooms are splendid, the food is exceptional, and the bar serves great wine and beer, and the charcuterie we tried for the first time this visit was really, really great. Get the “Make your own mimosa” with breakfast eggs Benedict and walk back to the room carefully but happily!"

"Beautiful NEW Hotel. Opened in April, 2025. Restaurant and Bar in hotel. No washer and dryer, across the street from the hotel there is one. Food at restaurant was great!!! People that worked there are so darn helpful. Worth every penny. Rooms are very modern ."

"Spent several days camping and wanted a shower and a real bed before driving 9 hours home, syaff was friendly and helped me find some good places to eat since I've never been there before. Had a drink at their bar before heading to bed and the gentleman working was friendly & efficient, joined in the conversations enough to be fun and make the time down there more enjoyable. Definitely a comfy and fun place to stay "
