The staff was friendly the hallway smelled like weed. I understand that it is legal now, but if a hotel is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, the hallway was permeating with that smell. It was ridiculous. The pool area there was no towels no one came in and cleaned up from previous, it was towels inside of the Jacuzzi and the pool, the elevator did not work. There was no sign placed on the elevator to say it wasn’t working or it was out of service so that was potentially a big hazard because somebody could’ve got stuck on there. The bathroom downstairs in the lobby didn’t have any tissue all around I would not pick that hotel again Ever

This hotel is clean and quiet. My only wish was that they left the hot water and coffee out past 10am.

The building has been partly renovated since I stayed the last time. The reception looks new. The room and washroom is still in a decent size with nice design and decor. Check in was smooth. Room is clean and comfortable. Parking is onsite and easy. I was surprised that I got housekeeping service when I only stayed for 2 nights. The rating gone down due to couple reasons: (1) I used the app to check in in advance and picked a room on 7/F. But when I got there, it was moved to 4/F. (2) the wifi is slow. (3) the thermostat ran out of battery so setting won’t hold, the floor lamp did not work, and I couldn’t use the app to open the room door.
