"The property is beautiful and has a lot to offer in the way of food, entertainment and activities; however, they need to work on their housekeeping and general cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. It is a large property and perhaps they need more staff but for the price you pay, you shouldn't see things like hair on the bed, towels, water marks on glasses, dust and hair on the furniture, empty shower gel in the bathroom, etc. "

"Husband and I stayed for a night while we were traveling across country. It was lovely! The decor was stylish, the food was tasty, the complimentary drinks were a fun bonus, and the staff were cheerful and attentive. We stayed at a time when there wasn't a big event downtown, so the hotel was not overcrowded. We would happily stay again!"

"Easy check in. Pleasant lot. I loved that we could futz around with all the different lights while trying to get comfortable in the room. Its nice to be able to talk about and explore the room. The room was more expensive than most of the fancy hotels in Milwaukee, but it had so much to it that I did not even realize. Worth it. "
