"Hotel is ran down u can tell it’s not kept up we rented 3 rooms the heat didn’t work in one of them and the front desk didn’t even care!! Wouldn’t take any money off or credit us just didn’t care at all! Definitely for the price go somewhere else!!! "

"Room was in disrepair. Lights didn't work, window shade was totally broken, shower had absolutely no shelf for soap, shampoo, razor? Every light was a cold fluorescent, like sleeping in an office. Only positive is they had a nice TV ... Front desk staff could not have been nicer but both front doors were broken - had to pry open to get in or out. Ugh."

"It was great for our stop on the way to Charleston from Pennsylvania. The heat in the room wasn't working properly, it was set at 67, but kept running and was probably about 80. But the staff was very friendly, the breakfast area was clean and the beds were comfortable. All around a pleased with our quick stop! "

"The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always. "
