Lacking in much needed maintenance in the rooms. Appears cutting corners is how they keep the rates down. It was good enough for the money

The hotel was older and average. The breakfast was poor, and the coffee was instant.

The bathtub could use some maintenance but overall it’s a good place to stay and we use it when in the area

I have politely told management and staff about the issue with the terrible housekeeping and filthy conditions, I have asked for a refund for at least the last 2 nights of my stay. It was very disappointing and very frustrating, so noisy and loud all night I barely got 4 hours of sleep all weekend! And I drive 2,800 miles to get here every month. I feel like asking for clean floors and showers and a decent nights sleep is like the basic’s of running a good business!

I have been a good customer for the last several months, when I came to town to visit family I always stayed here. The last couple of stays were terrible the rooms were filthy, hair in the shower and refrigerator, the floors are filthy dirty and the bugs were everywhere both dead and alive! I have spent several hundreds of dollars here and every time I stay you all put me in a room in the busiest most noisy area of the hotel! Also didn’t feel safe in the parking lot at night this time

I love staying here! It’s great but the floors in rooms need mopping and cleaning!
