"The hotel was great! What wasn’t great at all was the process for dealing with hotels.com when checking in. It took over a 1/2 hour to check in because of the process required to use hotel.com, and I will not be using it in the future. I will go directly to hotels moving forward to book my reservations!"

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby is warm and cozy. Nice that there’s coffee and tea in the lobby along with the afternoon cookies. Continental breakfast is a full breakfast. Noticed that a bowl of fruit, oranges and bananas are left out throughout the day for folks to have a healthy snack. Good idea and the fruit doesn’t go to waste."
