Beautiful hotel . Decor cleanliness and facilities fantastic. The staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble . The interior of public areas and rooms are stunning.Love it!

Overall decent experience

We knew it was a small double room, but space could have been better used. The bed frame appeared to be a king bed, but it only had a double mattress and the flat screen TV was on a wall frame that protruded 300mm or so into the tight aisle space at the end of the bed.
We did mention this and a minor problem with the shower to the receptionist on the way out and she couldn't have been more apologetic.

A wonderful surprise

The hotel was gorgeous warm and welcoming. The staff were very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families.
We will be booking to stay again.

Posted 23 Oct 2019 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was truly lovely. We were just disappointed that we couldn’t have access to our room until 4 o’clock. We were also not offered a complimentary coffee/drink as a way of compensation.
