A small single ensuite room and comfortable bed. Limited parking in front of property but parking available on rough ground behind property. Friendly staff and lovely restaurant. I got the room at a discount price which seemed fair price for the room.

Fabulous calm atmosphere, lovely restaurant, no quibble fitting me in at 8.15pm on a Friday evening (they serve guests up to 8.45), would definitely stay again. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming. It is clearly a nice place to work for them and they are a great team.

Everything good .Staff very helpful.Breakfast was excellent and on site parking is convenient.Spacious room and clean.The one minus point was that the bar closed at 10.00am which is early for Saturday night.

The room was adequate but would like to see, bottle water in room and more choice of tea bags,no choice of decaffeinated tea/coffee. And shower cap offered in bathroom.
Breakfast quite expensive and staff kept forgetting to accommodate us on the knowledge of the breakfast.
Good points ,staff very pleasant and hotel always clean.

Thank you for your comments. All water throughout the hotel is filtered and of drinking quality, hence bottles are not necessary in the rooms. Bottled water can be purchased from the bar if required. We consider that 14.95 per person for a table-served full English (other options available) breakfast with toast, yoghurt, cereal, fruit juice and unlimited tea and coffee is good value. Rooms are offered on a room-only basis, to give guests the option to go elsewhere for breakfast

I had a room on the front which was very small and i found it very hot with no way of controlling the temperature, i opened the window which made it very noisy...i did not sleep at all as there were people talking and arguing outside the property at 2.30am and people walking up and down stairs ....
Although it was clean and bed was comfortable i would not stay again

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you were not happy with your accommodation.The size of the single room booked, is as per our listing. Larger double rooms are available if required. Windows are able to be opened in all rooms throughout the hotel and fans are provided. We are not able to control people on the street outside, but we will deal with any disturbance on our property immediately we are advised. A call to our 24-hour reception will result in the offenders being removed if necessary.
