"friendly staff and clean place "

"Overall it was a nice hotel. The room was small but nice, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. The pool is old and worn out and needs a good scrubbing but it was very warm and well laid out. My only issue was the parking. It was very cold and it did not say anywhere that underground parking was first come first serve or I would have reserved a spot. I had to park in the Parkade and buy an electrical cord so my car would start in -36C. Then when I got up...

"Staff accommodated me very well as i was recovering from surgery. Only issue i had was i was end of hall and heard lots of banging from staff in storage room next to me and slamming of door to go to staircase and outside. "

"Front Desk and housekeeping staff were extremely inviting and polite. The room was very dpacious. Bed was comfortable. Washroom and shower were clean. . Room wacleanclean. "

"A romantic overnight with my babe to celebrate Valentine’s Day. What a beautiful spacious room we had. There was a hiccup with the shower, but I shared the issue with the front desk at check out and they were respectful, courteous and understanding. I would definitely have a repeat night/celebration here!!!"
