"What an awesome place! I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back, but maybe I’ve found an excuse to visit now. Frank, the owner, text me first thing in the morning on the day of my arrival to ask if I needed anything. He greeted me upon arrival, showed me to my room and took the time to strike up conversation and talk to me about the things he thought I’d find interesting after he learned a little about my interests.
