"We came with 4 couples to celebrate a birthday. I called the hotel to see about getting our rooms in the same tower & on the same floor. I spoke with Roger Wheatley, and he was more than helpful. He was especially professional & went above and beyond for our group. Roger really sealed the deal on a wonderful experience at The Galt House & our group could not be more pleased!"

"The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...

"Nice location , within walking distance of convention center. Breakfast was amazing, fresh food, made to order omelets. Very clean rooms. Only complaint was the service was slow, checking in took longer than expected. They ran out of linen for the pull out sofa bed. We were there at a time where over 15,000 people were in town. May have contributed to the slow service. "
