"Clean and nice rooms"

"I liked the location and the easy and convenient parking. The staff was very friendly and polite. The surrounding area of the property could use some cleaning. The sky walk had garbage in the same spot when we arrived and left the next day. But I also blame that on people that can not clean up after themselves."

"This is our 3rd time staying here. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Our room as always is clean and comfortable. We always have a great stay when we come to Milwaukee."

"The rooms were very clean, however we went to sit in the main lobby to have a cocktail. The tables were unclean and the couches and chairs were stained and dirty, so much so we didn't want to sit on them. I would give them a pass this time as they are going through a major renovation. I would stay here again in the warmer months and see what changes. "

"Overall great stay! It is a beautiful property but it is getting a little dated. Staff was friendly and helpful but they did knock on our doors twice the day of check out - one before 9am while we were sleeping. "
