While my room was significantly better than the last houston hotel I stayed at (not mentioning names) there was a rather unsightly stain on the bedding. It was easy enough to simply remove the soiled bedding, and I was so tired when I checked in It wasnt worth it to complain. Also I was taken a little off guard by needing a security deposit, although I suppose I can understand why that might be necessary. Everything else was good. the room was large and spacious. the ac worked well. other than the bedspread, the room was very clean and tidy. I would stay here again

Breakfast may not be the best as there’s few to choose from. Two different cereals and waffle with just syrup. This hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. We love our time here.

There was literally the worst experience of my life. The hotel is dirty and smelly. We got into our room and everything seems like it’s falling apart, but it’s an old building so we were fine, cause you get what you paid for. We decided to take a shower and the towels were dirty and with stains on it. I set on the bed and there was burrs in it!!!!! And when we look at the floor, there was rest of chips on the floor. I can’t even explain how dirty this place is! We left and had to pay for another hotel cause there was no way we would stay there. And of course they denied our refund request, even thought we weren’t able to stay at the room and had to pay for another hotel room. Please DON’T stay in this hotel!!!!! This place shouldn’t be operating!!!!
