"I spent two nights here, the first night was in a balcony room. The view was beautiful! However then room I was given had a door that was difficult to open, mind you had multiple bags in my hand and had to force it open simultaneously when I got the green light indicator after tapping the room keycard a second off and I had to do it all again over and over. When I eventually got in I was welcomed with the fridge door open and a soaked towel inside of it. The second night I moved to a corner...
