"Outstanding stay! Beautiful rooms! Toilet clogged up twice but staff handled it perfectly…old buildings and I understand! Breakfast great and staff was excellent! Parking $17 a night no bueno but location, fireplace, just beauty! Thank you!!! "

"The room was so nice, and clean! Had a great view of the park and the ocean, the staff were all so nice and very accommodating. perfect place to stay near the wharf, the convention center. Will be staying here again in the future."

"Room was dirty found hair almost everywhere even in between the sheets and the floors seemed like they weren’t even swept or mopped."

"In a good area for shopping and dining with plenty of options nearby. The historic room we were staying in had no mini fridge or microwave though, so we couldn’t bring leftovers back with us. Though they don’t have breakfast, they have coffee and tea available in the morning. Hot tub access is first come, first serve and you have private access for an hour. It’s a lovely little area and quite relaxing. The room fit our needs as we were there as tourists and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but the historic rooms are small enough that only bedside tables, the bed, and an armoire fits, so if you are expecting a desk to work at, you’ll need to go to nearby coffee shops. "

"Easy access to water was a definite bonus! Water heater was broken in room so water was not very warm. Staff was friendly and accomodating. "

"Could hear people walking, moving things around, water running among others things from other rooms. Wasnt able to get a restful sleep"

"Check in wasn't overly friendly, but job was done. No issues checking in. Short walk to the room, big and comfortable. No view to speak of, but can pay more to get a 3rd floor which may offer a view. Breakfast up on 3rd floor, which is only accessible by lift. No stair option apparently. Breakfast was a simple continental option. Which was sufficient. Check out was easy and friendly."
