"I love big hotels. But, nothing prepared me for what I would classify as enormous. After entering the hotel I kept walking and walking, a straight path as the hotel porter instructed. Right there was the first disappointment. I wanted him to physically guide me towards the check-in desk. I said to him, you're not coming? He said, no, just walk straight down and you'll see it. Well, I was ok with that. Simple enough. I had been walking in bewilderment, where is this desk. Exactly, how far do I need to continue walking. I asked a few people before I found the check-in desk. It was not walk straight down and you will see it. The walk is lengthy. But. the desk is in the middle of the floor. So, you actually have to turn right or left depending on the side you are walking on. Based on the front desk check-in impression, it was a ten. "I stayed in the club room. The benefits were great an the room was amazing. It was luxury. The views were amazing - Marina Bay and Merlion. I was originally meant to stay for 7 nights but due to the Middle East conflict, I arrived several days later. The hotel was kind enough to refund me the nights I did not use. Laundry service was great. Attached to Marina Square and Suntec shopping centre. Walking distance to Marina Bay and Merlion and One Fullerton for views. My only feedback is that as a vegetarian, there was limited food options, especially in the club lounge. Apart from that, it was a wonderful stay and I will most definitely book with again. Thank you for an amazing stay."
