The 1980s called, they want the brown stick furniture back ! Shouldnt be rated anywhere luxury or 5 we stayed at better 3 star hotels

The property was absolutely great! Amazing location and amenities. Breakfast was unbelievable and do many choices! But booking through Expedia was not a good decision. There was no room upgrade. We were offered 32$ credit for drinks. That was for all four persons under the booking. No one informed us of that at check in and had to ask for it. Even one cocktail at the bar was higher priced. There are thousands of bars right outside with much better service, drink/food prices, and much better quality of drinks. The front desk could not upgrade or change the room type as this was not a “direct” booking. We had a room with a view of building opposite and could not even open the curtains. Nothing “VIP” about this and if anything you are constantly reminded of “I am so sorry - this is third party Expedia booking”. Date changes and amendment are a challenge. Next time do yourself a favor- book this hotel because it is great but do it directly at their site.

What’s not to like about the Langham! The staff were polite and professional the room was amazing and am looking at another stay!
