Room stayed cold like we like it, plenty of room for us and our preteen who slept on the pull out couch! Full kitchen was great even though we only stayed one night. Great breakfast options. The other kids we saw in the hotel loved the basketball court! We always try to stay at Hilton properties and we're always satisfied.

The only issue i had was that the pool was closed. I selected this hotel because of the indoor pool. My family had kids traveling with us and I convinced them to stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool.

The property had an odd smell, it was detectable as soon as you entered the lobby. The bathroom door didn't lock, the hand soap dispenser at the bathroom sink was empty, and there was a dried red stain on the bathroom door. There were very loud children on several floors and either no oversight, or adults weren't dealing with the situation. The lobby staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome, but the accommodations in and of itself were disappointing.

This hotel was perfect for our needs in close proximity to Desota Baptist Hospital. I was grateful there was many dining options with a few minutes drive and also shopping for things you forgot to bring from home. The only drawback for us was the tv options. There were no instructions and no sports options available. When I asked for help at the desk, I was given a technical support number to call for help. Overall it was a great place to stay and I can overlook the tv issue for safety and less driving g time to dining.

We had no TV even after being assured it was fixed numerous times. Was there for 2 nights so was a real inconvenience. The bathroom was short on towels and washcloths. Ice maker broken, shelf in bathroom missing(supports still on wall) lotion dispenser was also off the wall and sitting on side of tub. No towels for full kitchen for cleaning and no extra garbage bags.
