The location of the hotel is uneasy for pick up and drop off.

Heating didn't work in the room (204j, it was freezing. Reception did provide a plug in heater but it made regulating the temperature impossible. Room service standard was poor, beds weren't made properly. Hotel generally stank of dirty sweaty people. Breakfast choice was OK although the dining room had industrial plug in heaters blowing too. I would not use it again.

This Was a very nice place to stay the night before our cruise. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
