I was in the "lounge" room for context. If you are traveling and want a comfortable room, and want to feel like you're in an apartment not a hotel check it out.

What a brilliant place! Fantastic room with additional sleeping area for our teen. Great to have cooking facilities and a dishwasher plus a dining table. Super long couch. Lovely view over a park. We will definitely stay again if we are in Southampton or in one of their other properties in the UK. Good value for money.

Really enjoyed our stay here, everyone was helpful and pleasant! Breakfast was available downstairs, good number of options at fair cost. Location great for dining options and was 10 minute walk to Ocean Cruise Terminal.

Very friendly & helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Very well equipped room, kitchen facility excellent for a longer stay. Extremely comfortable bed, good quality bedding, blackout curtains & good temperature control. Great location. Will visit again

Room2 was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with checking in and preparing transportation to the cruise terminal. They made it as simple as asking. I’ll stay again if I return here in the future.
