Excellent room, large and great value for money.
However, it is a little remote and you will need a car. There are no catering facilities on site or nearby, and it is a 10 minute drive to the nearest eatery.
Good sea views and a private beach!

Happy you enjoyed your stay. There are so many places with in a 5 minute drive. We are an ocean front property and located conveniently in the middle of The Cape right off route 28. I wouldn't consider us remote though. :) There is a lot of construction going on so maybe that had something to do with it?

The location as a beach resort was excellent. The room was divided with bedroom and bathroom on one end and living room with dining area on the other. The view opened to the east with a great view of the ocean and horizon. Balcony on 2nd floor small with room for one kitchen chair. There is a great pool and hot tub under glass enclosure with a court protected from the wind fronting the beach. There is no elevated to the 2nd floor. There are 2 sets of washer/dryers (free) on 2nd floor. Great vacation facility and my first choice in Yarmouth.
