"We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Singapore (4-5 star) before finding the Hotel Jen Tanglin, but will not go anywhere else now! The hotel is good value for money on Singapore standards and has a nice relaxed vibe, but is very clean (your room is cleaned every day unlike some of the other four and five star hotels) and efficiently run. We upgraded to a club room and therefore benefited from club access (excellent evening drinks and food between 6 and 8 pm) as well as breakfast, which was plentiful, fresh and catered for all tastes. The rooms are not huge (25m2) but perfectly laid out with plenty of storage, great beds and great soundproofing. A nice large swimming pool and what looked like a well equipped gym, although we did not use this. All the members of staff we came across were so hard-working and helpful, from front desk, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff too. The hotel is located right next door to the MRT Orchard Boulevard and very well placed within 10 minutes walk of the botanic Gardens. If and when we return to Singapore, this Hotel will be top of our list! Very highly recommended "

"I stopped over for 3 nights with my 2 children on our way home from New Zealand. Hotel was lovely and easy and inexpensive to get to from by taxi from airport. Location excellent with a shopping centre across the road and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The river cruises leave just minutes walk away and everything you need is close by. Chinatown around 5 mins walk away. Taxis were always waiting outside and we used these for gardens by the bay, zoo and airport runs. I was Surprised how inexpensive these were. Hotel quiet at nights and beds very comfy. Only complaint was that when I checked in i was told at reception if we wanted a late check out we could let them know at any point of our stay and that would be arranged. The next day I was told by a very unhelpful receptionist that this was no longer an option as the hotel was fully booked. As we had a very late flight and I have 2 children I decided to look at the day use website to see if i could find any hotels close by we could use instead. I spent a lot of time checking this and The Paradox Merchant hotel was coming up on that website as available for the times we needed it so I decided to try my luck at reception again to be told by a differrent receptionist this was not a problem so I proceeded to book late check out. I felt I could have been saved the stress of considering options and searching for alternatives if i had not been misinformed by reception initially. My children loved the pool which was pretty quiet!"

" I had a great experience at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices, and the best part is that it's free for kids under 6 years old. The bed was large and comfortable, and I had requested a baby cot in advance, which was provided. The welcome drink was a nice, refreshing touch. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a beautiful view, adding to the overall experience. In-room dining could benefit from more variety, but the service was excellent. They even offered kids' slippers and baby skincare products, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended! "
