"Door is a little hidden behind a restaurant patio. Wasn’t clear that bathroom was shared but there was no one else there so I didn’t mind. Great location for easy walking!"

"Room was not as advertised. We booked a room with 2 beds and were given a different room that only had one and a very uncomfortable couch. When I asked management they said there was an issue with the other room and the one we got was “better.” And did not solve the issue. The front door to the room did not lock. "We had and excellent experience… felt almost like being at home. Andrea is and outstanding host in every aspect. Very nice, modern and tastefully renovated facilities. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Location next to old town is great, with Parking space if needed. Offered a common area with complementary hot/cold beverages plus a variety of snacks. Highly! "We very much enjoyed our stay at Parkhotel Laurin in Bolzano, a lovely little town where we stayed for two nights before starting our hiking trip in the Dolomites. Our room was lovely with a nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. We had beautiful views of the property with lovely gardens and gorgeous trees. We enjoyed walking and exploring the nearby town and each afternoon we sat by the pool. The hotel is a beautiful, old classic hotel in great condition. Breakfasts are delicious and served in a lovely dining room and on the expansive porch. "
