We booked this hotel for Oktoberfest because it was a shuttle stop. The shuttle pick up/drop off was almost a half mile from the hotel entrance. The was extensive water damage to a wall and ceiling of our hallway (4th floor). The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! Restaurant was meh. Overall a clean and comfortable stay, but not worth the premium price.

We reserved a king with a sofa bed and got two double beds. Room service took twice as long as they said with no notification they were behind. Room phone did not seem to work.

Very nice and clean hotel! We will be back! Only complaint was that their breakfast buffet wasn’t included in our room rate. Thank you, Michelle Patterson

Room not cleaned one of days. My mom said they came in room while she was there but only swept floor. Left towels, trash.
