Great beds great service and the ladies that clean are so sweet and amazing! Veronica I believe her name was is awesome she deserves a raise!

Construction going on and elevator was constantly down. Breakfast was great, bed was comfy, other than the elevator going down all the time, it was a great staty

I was not informed that the hotel was under renovations of which I was told later I would not be able to use the stairs. I don’t do elevators unless they are glass. I had been using the stairs the first day and night there but then this rude manager told me I couldn’t. When I said you can give me my money back he changed his mind. I know better than anyone what it means to have to walk stairs. The check managers were great. It was the night manager who was rude.
