Where do I even begin. Just pulling up in the parking lot I was nervous about how nice of a place this would be too stay in. We went in, looked okay. Checked in and, We was placed in room 304, all seemed okay. Daughter wanted to take a bath. Getting water warm and tub wouldn't drain, started messing with the stopper, come to find out it had human feces in the drain! Called front desk, moved us to another room with only $10 credit to my bill without a manager there. Moved to room 320, got to that room and it had a floor air blower to dry the carpet in the room! Desk person said flood but mainly in the hall. Closet door mirror broken as well. Toilet wouldn't flush had to go get a plunger, that's probably why it flooded! And Breakfast was 1 star if that. Went to check out, the front desk lady said she would have a manager contact me but gave me a card with information on there to call tomorrow. Also she was shocked to see that the night desk help placed us in room 320. She confirmed that there was a flood IN THE ROOM NOT THE HALL the night before. This whole experience was a nightmare! Paying $130 a night was definitely not worth it. Not to forget that they might have a inside pool, but the pool is not heated. Freezing cold water!

The clerk was talking to an employee that was leaving when we walked up. They went on talking about what they were doing later and when they would see each other again for 3 to 4 minutes before he even acknowledged we were there with a hello.

Breakfast was was limited no meat. At 9am i was locked out of my room and had to go back down stairs from the 3rd Floor to get my room key rescan because The door code was changed

Didn’t like the way the shower curtain was mounted it was all over me in the shower

Our jetted tub was not working. They told us about a reset button by the vanity. My husband located the reset button and it worked. We enjoyed our stay here.
