Staff was friendly but we never received the extra pillows we requested.
I do want to say that the employee working the breakfast area Saturday morning, did such a great job and kept everything as stocked up as possible for the number of people there.

Good rate and the overall place is nice and spacious, but needs updating. Carpet in the room wasnt in good shape and we found a massive cockroach in our room late at night. Breakfast was very limited and not always fresh. Temp in the room was either freezing or warm - couldnt get it just right. Staff was accommodating and very friendly and it was so great having onsite laundry, but I probably wouldnt stay there again.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gsve great directions for local amenities.
The hotel was generally quiet and well kept. Our room was much the same however a little dated and not maintained.
