It's conveniently located with easy access to CMU, downtown etc. We love staying in this property. This is our 4th stay. we stay here when we come to drop off our kid to college or visit her. Apartment is very neat, self sufficient even for longer stays. Love it

There was only 1 Tv in the common area of a 3br suite.

Directions regarding parking were at times confusing...counter tops were sticky...had to clean before using...otherwise everything was as expected

Pretty, Pretty Good

Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators gets to the parking garage (which was not communicated... so it was confusing how to navigate to/from Kasa); the communication received via text was confusing and not accurate... they provided incorrect links to road closures. Also, there was a serious party going on at a neighbor's apartment that lasted past 5am... so all-in-all you would think we had a bad time... but, honestly, we didn't. We had a great time. Here's why... 1) the Kasa South Side is in a good location 2) it has a nice pool/hot tub 3) it has a great common area 4) apartment was clean and had most of the amenities needed. Wish it had sheets for the pull-out, and a larger frying pan, cooking spray, and a spatula in the kitchen. 5) beds were very comfortable 6) appliances were easy to use (other than the thermostat) We loved exploring Pittsburgh and the apartment was the right size & had the amenities we needed to enjoy our trip. There is definitely room for improvement, but overall it was a pretty good experience.
