Didn’t like anything we didn’t stay as room was far too small. I have emailed you regarding a full refund as hotel was fully booked and couldn’t give us another room

Clean place, staff really helpful and kind. Had an upgrade given to me, which was excellent and appreciated. Thanks and hope to see you all soon.

The room we had too small One of the entertaining rooms stunk of damp

Absolutely dirty discusting hotel returned home today from the lyndene hotel 3 nights , room was like a closet with old fashion wardrobe and dresser. .room for two wanted twin beds it was a double that unless you are 5 stone and like a matchstick can get in side of bed At first bedding looked clean but i notised that there was some sort of stain under the duvet cover, On checking i found the most discusting site. Human excrement on the quilt . ,i reported the issue to reception desk and was told it will be reported to head of houskeeping Not manager) and to return back to desk laterb.cleaner came up and only changed the duvet.on asking to change whole bedding was told would have to pay for the privalege.of clean bedding . NO APOLOGIE, and no manager Then got a call stated idlmy friend parked in wrong bay after paying £25 to park on hotel carpark .was given bay no 2 with key and a notice to show on window screen given by the receptionist . She made a total show of me in front of other customer. Stated noNo she gave me bay no 11. Again she never apologiesed when i showed her the key and the notice that she gave me I would strongly advice stay clear of this rundown hotel and save your money

Upon you noticing a stain (of an unknown to us substance of the duvet) our team did change the bedding when they were made aware of this. As the linen comes serviced from a external supplier directly. I will contact them to discuss how stained bedding has arrived back with us.
