Really good stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend this place to anybody travelling in Edinburgh

First time visiting Scotland, to visit Edinburgh. I booked this hotel because of the high rating, and although its almost an hour bus journey to Edinburgh, the bus stop was just around the corner so it was very easy to get to Edinburgh and back. The staff are lovely and accommodating, I spent my birthday here and one of the waiters was very sweet about it and bought me over some free treats with my morning hot chocolate. The Rooms are lovely and spacious, with AC and heating. Maids come around every day to tidy up and restock any complementaries that are needed. Reception staff are very helpful, the dining was extraordinary. Reasonable prices for the quality of the food. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back at some point!

From Craig with the free shuttle to the staff in the hotel, all were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and the hotel is in good condition.

The staff was exceedingly kind and helpful. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. Had the chateaubriand in the hotel restaurant. It was amazing, especially with the peppercorn sauce.
