This is a very good mid-range property in an area seriously lacking in mid-range. The included breakfast is serviceable and what you'd expect out of an included breakfast. Starbucks is across the parking lot and I'd go there for your caffeine fix. The hotel is quiet, staff is friendly. I'd prefer to stay here over most South Portland properties as long as the price doesnt skyrocket.

The lobby area was very well laid out as their food court, in the round, where the complimentary breakfast is served.
Clean, neat, and kept tidy by staff people.pleasing array of plentiful tasty items and brought fresh when needed.
The middle floor round.about was all sorts of foods,drinks, and multiple frozen meals at additional cost. A bit pricie, but if you just don't want to go out for a meal, a decent selection s a great option. A nice easy programable microwave is there as well. Ice machine a close walk for convenience. Coffee was above the norm in a cheaper place. My room was well equipped, very clean, and pleasing.be advised though, if you like a tub to soak your tired body, they have none in the whole hotel. Pool is available at the other hilton property in front of the TRU. Self parking is ample and free. Overall, a very nice stay at a very good price .

Front desk guy named Will at the night shift was excellent! We enjoyed our stay, but we didn’t have enough toiletries for your whole stay. The continental breakfast was below average.

Very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. Check in process was fast and efficient, the young man at the front desk was very attentive and polite. My husband lost one of the keys and they immediately gave us another one. Breakfast is included and they had a variety of items to choose from. check out was simple too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and informative. Pleasant entrance. Coffee was Luke warm and had to heat in microwave.

The manager was extremely rude with hidden fees that apparently he won’t discuss over the phone, which he claims is customary across Maine (isn’t). Very unhelpful for a disabled customer.

Our bed had pubic hair n long black hair on it ,staff did nothing

The staff was great. I arrived early due to an over night flight and an early check in was no problem. I enjoyed the gym and the pool table. The shuttle service provided more than just transportation to and from the airport. I got a ride to a local restaurant and a stop at target on the way home. The included breakfast was good. Across from the Maine Mall and lots of restaurant options. Was reasonably priced and would stay here again.
Only minor issue was the break of the curtain pull. It was fixed same day but they left a long piece of the window frame leaned up against the wall.
