Found a cockroach in bathroom. Paper and wrapper under the sheet. Stayed last year and was very pleased. This stay was altogether very disappointing. Cleanliness was seriously lacking.

Very convenient location right off the highway and walking distance to the mall. Facility definitely needs updating of wear and tear but it was pretty clean. Bed was comfortable, included a microwave and fridge/freezer, but TV was not a smart TV to stream. Overall a good option for a quick stay.

In general I would say this hotel is average at best. Lots of stuff left in the hallways. The Customer Service was lacking. No greeting upon entering the hotel. I asked about the area and the response was lacking. The rooms were clean but lacking some small conveniences.

It was easy with all the restaurants around and the mall right there.
