I really enjoyed my stay, the property was very quiet and there were lots of vendors accessible.

Poor customer service and rooms not shown asonline

Did not stay here. But I did book a connecting sea view room. However, as i got there they claimed there was something wrong with my room. And would give us a free upgrade. The upgrade wasn't even and up grade but and old rundown haunted looking bungalow. They could not compensate me even though I had booked 2 different rooms!!! They did offer me a free cancellation and refund. But how do you treat a customer like that. We had kids and elders in our van and drove very far just to find out "oh you can look down the street there are many other hotels. Beware of what you see online and what you actually see when you get to your destination. Because this is common and a lot of scams going around. Peace and no peace to the poor service of this place!

Service was very poor and no room as advertised..

Beware of what is shown online to what is actually there. This place had the worst service. I had paid for a connecting room with a sea view. And as i got there they stated we dont have that room something is wrong in there. I was like you could of at least sent me a message or something?? Staff does not have appropriate customer service skills. Then they were going to give me a free upgrade. From a sea view to an old haunted looking bunglow. Outside landscaping of it was terrible. And as you walk in the bungalow is old and outdated. Looks like someone had never stayed in there before!! So then they continued to show me another bungalow which was a little better than the first! However, the staff could not compensate me and give me the same exact room that was advertised so they told me well you can look around the street there are many other hotels. Other option was a free cancellation and my money back. I continued looking as all this mess was going on. Come to find out the new hotel that I got said this hotel has many complains. What a poor business and customer service, someone should really put them in check!!! They dont even care about their customers or their rooms.

The unit was extremely old..dirty and in desperate need of an upgrade..pool is great although the pool area is lacking in pool furniturea

Walking distance to the beach No phone in the room if you need anything or emergency office its a good walking distance.
