Beautiful building, location is stunning on the lake with easy access to getting around Kelowna and area. Great restaurants on property and staff were both professional and personable.

Great location and amenities. Nice property. Water pressure in the shower was weak.

The communication from the resort was great. They sent message prior to arrival and they were helpful with questions and requests. The waterfront view was beautiful and it was lovely to hear the sound of the moving water from the lake.

Staff were very friendly. My friends and I celebrated my birthday at Kelowna and stayed at this hotel. They even upgraded our room. Highly recommend booking :)

In need of a makeover, it’s out of the way with no convenience stores or dining nearby

The resort is so beautiful. The wellness, massage and facial were amazing. There was wine tasting and yoga that was included. I wasn't able to attend either but nice perk. They should list that on the website. I found the 2 indoor pools cold but hot tubs and steam room were nice. They need to do some upkeep to walls and carpets in hallways. Very stained and scuffed.Still would stay again.

Bed was made, bedding was dirty from previous guests… It was my third time there in a month, how many times did I sleep in dirty sheets??!?!?
