Best place to stay!
Posted 12 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe Sir Charles Guest House is an amazing place to stay. Arlene is the owner and hostess and greeted us personally upon arrival. The house is quaint, clean, and pretty modern. The location is fantastic. It is right in the middle of the islands, so you can get to either the North or South end within about 1 hour. The location has places nearby to eat, grocery stores, gas and super easy access to multiple beaches.

I had a nice stay, the unit is immaculately kept. The only issue was what appeared to be a rationing of items, for example the bathroom only had a single roll of toilet tissue, that was already in use. This was my first ever experience of this. There was also no extra towels or sheets in place. So just a few minor adjustments need be made, considering the property is advertised on hotels.com.

Thanks so much Jamal firstly for coming and secondly for your comments. Feedback is always welcome. However, I must note the following. An additional roll of toilet paper was under each sink in the cupboard; that information is also contained in the in-room guide. We provide starter supplies only and that is clearly stated in our guide as well. The reservation I received was for 2 adults only for 3 nights and we provided 4 sets of towels - 2 sets in each bathroom. In the past, that has been more than adequate for our guests and I noticed on your departure, not all the towels were used. And typically, we do provide additional sheets for stays longer than 3 nights, but even in this case while there were no extra sheets, we still provided 4 pillows to each room for the two people staying. Sometimes guests tend to welcome friends over but we can only plan for who is booked on a reservation.

Such a lovely cottage with a convenient location to the coast and several restaurants and shops. Arlene does a great job, and we loved our stay!

Great Location on the Island.
Posted 15 Jan 2018 on HotelsMy stay at Sir Charles Guest House was great. Arlene the owner and manager of the home was extremely helpful during my stay there on the Island. The place was very well keep and she was very warm and polite during my stay there. The place is located in the center of the Island which made it easy to travel the entire Island. I loved that about the place.

Clean and Cozy
