I stayed once at this hotel and was enough to come back a second. Not only that…I’m just can’t wait to at there again! I loved the affordable prices, customer service, true walking distance from the beach and their breakfast. Definitely making this my place to stay whether alone or with my family or friends.

The front desk lady was HORRIBLE! I drove 9 hrs, had previously made 3 calls confirming my reservation and that my ck in would be very late due to long distance travel and weather conditions. The Rep., on the phone confirmed no problem. He was very kind and confirmed my room was secure. When I arrived at the hotel to ck in, the lady at the front desk told me my room was no longer available, no refund would be given and if I wanted to stay (sleep for 4 hrs) I would have to make a new reservation and pay again. Annnnnd she confirmed she was aware of my previous calls and had gotten a note about my previous confirmations from the other rep. but I came too late!!! What???? Mind you all this convo was taking place in front of her 7 yr old son sitting at the front desk with her at work at 5:30am....smdh!!! Absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service, rude and embarrassing as she was yelling at me wavibg her arms in front of my grown daughter. Never again. Thanks Super 8.

It’s a decent Hotel. My family and I enjoyed the heated pool . The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean . The front desk staff was welcoming and the lobby smelled really clean . Oh downfall is if your in the pool you have to go your room to use the pool , no close RR by pool

Bed sheets were dirty. Toenail clippings on the bed. Door knob to restroom broken. Shower knob broken and was difficult to turn on. Rust in bath tub floor. I did not even let my kids shower since it was bad. We ended up using my dads shower since he was staying at a different hotel.

The room was big enough but the beds and couches poor. The linens used were just sheets no real Blankets. The room was dusty and we had to request a room cleaning but they only remade one bed. We were grateful to get that. Breakfast was crap. Only waffles really but no butter!! The dining room was also very small and not to the motels capacity.
