What I didn't like was that there were ants in the room.

Booked a premium room ocean view and was told not available and would have to speak with management in morning. Went up to downgrade, pool view with Ocean view if you leaned over the balcony. Checked online noticed upgrade available with Ocean view. Went down to get the upgrade then was lied to saying i got the room i ordered. Walked out and got refund through expedia, property kept my additional charges of $16 resort fee.

My recent trip to South Padre Island, TX, staying at the Margaritaville Resort, was pure bliss! The resort perfectly captures the island vibe, with bright, beachy decor and a laid-back atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and had stunning ocean views.
The on-site amenities were fantastic—delicious dining options, a lively pool area, and direct beach access that made it easy to unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless. South Padre's natural beauty, combined with Margaritaville's comfort and charm, made this trip unforgettable. I'll definitely be back! 🌴✨

Property seemed nice but when toilet was not working and a smell of sewage was in the room along with water leaking into the hall from another room seemed a bit much.
Also ants are an issue in the room

Dated property. Pool is nice but service at pool is nonexistent. Rooms need renovations but this is a 3 star facility after all. Good place to watch a spacex launch.

We were there in the off season. It was nice and calm and great beach access.
