"Staff very nice, easy check in and out. Clean Property is being updated, effort is apparent. Unhappy with no secondary lock on exterior door. Room heat should be turned on prior to guest arrival. The room was very cold"

"There was a mild BO smell upon entering the room. This was the second room as the first room’s key card was inoperative. The room was clean and the hotel did have a pool and spa. But, the hot/cold on the shower was switched in the room. I slept fairly well. Took a while for the water to heat up until I realized the hot/cold issue. "

"clean rooms with the exception of some cob webs in the corners. Staff are really friendly, accommodated us with a ground level room due to me having a broken ankle. the breakfast was very good."
