Nice hotel. They do tack on a $30 nightly fee you should be aware of. Nice rooftop bar/restaurant.

The front desk was efficient and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and well planned.

The staff here is excellent. The hotel is lovely and so close to SFMOMA.

I like the hotel for it's convenience of being able to walk to Union Square for shopping and dining. What I didn't like was the hidden fees. I guess the fee is lower until the end of your stay. Not a welcome surprise. I will be using Air B&B alittle bit more. Sorry, the fees soured my experience!!
