Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well tidied each day. Walking distance from Union Square plus shopping center.
Area is adjoining the Tenderloin though which is a bit dirty

Love the Palace. The history of the hotel is fascinating and the holiday decor is beautiful!
Unfortunately only 1 out of 3 elevator were working. Otherwise - a perfect stay!

Only one elevator was working meaning very long wait times. Unacceptable.
Bathroom ventilation was non existent, steamed up with water dripping from roof and rust on metal. I suspect mold due to moisture and getting very stuffed up in room. Nice hotel but obviously older rooms and mechanics.

This is one of the iconic hotels in SF and their luncheons and teens are beautiful. Service throughout from chem in to waving good bye...EXCELLENT!
