This hotel is amazing in all aspects. The rooms were very clean and we even got a room with a street view. The amenities were awesome too. The service from all the employees were second to none. I mean they all set the golden standard for making guests feel welcomed and respected and they go the extra mile for you. My favorite part is that they even have extra umbrellas for guests!!!

The parking rate was expensive, but everything else was very good. Highly recomended.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas..clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere. Easy access to all tourist attractions. Staff friendly and courteous..Really a 5 star

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well tidied each day. Walking distance from Union Square plus shopping center.
Area is adjoining the Tenderloin though which is a bit dirty
